April was a fun month with Spring Break, Easter and Gabriella's birthday.
At the begining of the month we celebrated the April birthdays at Grandma and Grandpa Williams house, which included Gabrie and Ben. Here we are singing and blowing out their candles.
I finally got to use my birthday present which was tickets to see the play of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers! It was even better than I thought it would be!
We got to go to soccer game for free because Luke is a teacher
and we met the Carwins there! Luke was a student teacher under Jason and they have taught together ever since. They have girls Gabrie and Livvy's age so they had a great time together.
We spent most of spring break working on the basement. Once we got the carpet in Gabrie got to move into her new room. I was really worried that she would be too scared to sleep down there by herself and that I would be too worried with her so far away but it has been great. Livvy wanted to sleep in Gabrie's room for the first few nights which helped ease the transition for us all but it has been wonderful for each girl to have her own space to put their stuff and be responsible for!
We woke up to winter wonderland and the kids had to pull out all the winter stuff I was hoping to put away! I love Livvy's bedhead!
Everyone gathered on the small couch to get a glimpse of Daddy playing on his tiny phone!
Gabrie having some creative play...
My cute boys picking me some "flowers". They are so sweet.
Activity Day Recognition Night Luau
We went to the dollar movie to see Lego Batman with Bat Girl 1 & 2, Batman, and Superman. It was a pretty funny movie, we all enjoyed it!
I found Dash in his room lining up blocks and the numbers were even mostly in the right order! He has progressed a lot this year I think because of preschool. He is very determined when working on a project and doesn't want to stop until he feels like he is done. He also copies words at preschool, the teacher was quite impressed.
One of the boys decided it would be a good idea to draw a larger person on their wall. It was so cute that I had to hurry and take a picture before lecturing them about drawing on the walls. I'm still not sure who drew it...
