9 months

In July the twins turned 9 months old! We had these cute pictures taken but Dash wasn't feeling well so he didn't give many smiles but Liam on the other hand gave us lots!

Liam
Liam says "dada" a lot, I'm not sure if it means Daddy, Dash or nothing but it sure is cute. Since Dash started crawling a month or so ago Liam has been trying hard to keep up and has gotten pretty good at army crawling. He does get up on his hands and knees lately so he'll get it any day now. He has pulled himself up to a standing position on the toy box and a few other things but is still perfecting it. He loves to stand but this was the first time he pulled himself up. He has a very sweet personality and loves hugs and kisses and will push his face into yours to give/get loves. He does this funny face usually when eating where he pushes out his lips and then breathes through his nose fast, then when we laugh he does it some more! Lately he has been singing a lot, he has these little tunes that he sings to himself, it is so cute.

Dash
Dash does these loud and drawn out dramatic yawns that make us laugh. He started to crawl around 8-8 1/2 months and pulled himself up to a stand on the dishwasher for the first time right after he turned 9 months. He says "mama",  and has started to say "dada", again I don't know if it means anything but he does seem to say "mama" a lot when he is sad and wants me.
He is a lot like Livvy and likes to push his brother's buttons. He will purposely crawl right over Liam, sometimes pausing to laying right across him. He also crawls in front of Liam (who only army crawls so far) and then sit right in front of him blocking his path and of course he usually steals his brother's toys. Today I saw him intentionally dance for the first time, it was so cute! Luke trained him to kick and wave on demand.

Dash's First Haircut

This post is a little out of order because it was sometime after the 4th of July and before Luke's birthday that Dash got his first haircut. His hair was getting really long so we decided it was time for a trim. I got some cute pictures on my phone (I forgot my camera!) but they aren't the best quality. He did really well other than rocking back and forth the whole time, but the girl cutting his hair just rocked with him, she did a great job.

Luke turns 31!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Luke and Mini Luke (Dash)

In July, Luke turned 31 and we celebrated with a Luau! Gabrie had asked earlier in the summer if we could have one so Luke's birthday was the perfect occasion.

I think Liam has a future as a hula dancer (:

 Awaiting our guests!

Blowing out the candles on his "dump" cake.

 Handsome birthday boy!

 Limbo

Our Hawaiian Princesses,
they insisted on being called by their princess names. Gabrie's was princess Krystal Jewel, but I don't remember Livvy's, she might not have had one.

Grandpa and Grandma Yaya, David and Dianne and Luke, oh and baby Krew!

Gabrie, Dash and Daddy, they were the only ones looking at the camera so I cut the rest of us out (:
I had to include this one because I LOVE Dash's face! Something must have been hilarious!

All the cousins
 Silly cousins!

Me and my mom dressed all festive!

The 4th of July with the Williams

Following tradition, the 4th of July was spent with the Williams side of the family. There was swimming, eating and lots of fun!

It is rare that we actually get a picture of our whole family (:
I was very proud of how I did Gabrie's hair in a star, you gotta be patriotic!
 Haha, check out Liam's "smolder"!
The twins first 4th of July, decked out in red white and blue!

Livvy and Papa taking a Cheetos break, Cheetos provided by Granny (: she know Livvy loves them!
 Elizabeth and Gabrie
Some of the cousins put together a patriotic play, written and directed by Emma.
 The cast
My attempt at a patriotic cake...
Didn't turn out as I had envisioned it ): but it tasted yummy!
We let Liam and Dash stay up for fireworks and they were enthralled by them.
I love the 4th of July, it is one of my favorite holidays! I'm so grateful I live in this country and for all the blessings we have!
