Random pictures

Livvy did a play with her spoon puppets inside the Kissing Booth from Luke's school which has been stored in our basement.

Livvy Selfies

In September we went to Samantha's Baptism. We went to Parker's baptism a few weeks before that.

First Day of Preschool

Dash and Liam had their first official day at preschool, they were very excited! Liam claimed Gabrie's old Dr.Suess backpack so Dash needed one and decided to go with this Captain America one.

Not sure what was going on here but I thought it was cute!
I was just trying to get a good picture of them on their first day but it ended up in a whole photo shoot! Mostly because Dash has a hard time holding still long enough for a picture but there were so many cute ones I had to include them all!

Play date with two of their best friends, Dallin and Wesley.

Liam next to a Lego ad at Walmart with a Lego guy with "Liam" on his name tag, so we had to take a picture!

So Dash wanted one by this spooky cat!

2nd Week of School

The second week of school it was hitting Livvy that going to school all day may not be as cool as she thought it was going to be. She asked me  "So now all we do each day is go to school?!" She was having a hard time not having as much play time and Mommy time, so we had a special date. It's easy to send them to school when they are excited, but this week was much harder on us both.

First day of school 2016

Gabriella started first, she was ready and excited to start 4th grade. Her teachers are Ms. Baker and Senora Mendez. She chose her cute "MATH ROCKS" t-shirt and skirt to wear for the first day.

Olivia had to wait one more day before she started, so she set out what outfit she wanted to wear, including a headband, backpack and shoes, it was very cute. She was SO excited!
 First day of 1st grade!
Her teachers are Mrs. Nelson and Senorita Sanchez. Livvy was understandably concerned that her Spanish teacher might not understand her (: but she was working up the courage to tell her "Hola."
Dash and Liam wanted pictures taken too, haha! I love Dash in his Spiderman boots and "dog" costume as he calls it, the hood has dog ears on it (it used to be Livvy's).
Liam with his bed head and monkey backpack (leash, hehe).
Gabriella was a good big sister helping Olivia get the hang of things.

Shannon and Livvy, not in the same class but they still play together at recess and eat together at lunch.

She was the first person in line for her class.

With Mrs. Nelson (we love her) waving to all the parents.
Blowing a kiss, it was a long process but Livvy wanted to make sure she saw me until the very last minute. We had to ease her into it over the next week slowly watching her go in less and less, it was a little rough for her and there were some tears but she got the hang of it just in time for when we got allowed to start riding the bus.
And since she was first in line she got to hold the door for everyone in her class.

On the second day (since I forgot to get a picture of them together on the first day),
Zach and Livvy, ("boyfriend and girlfriend" since preschool, although I don't think it was discussed much in kindergarten) they still say they plan to marry each other. Zach's mom has told me multiple times about how he asks question about when he and Livvy are married.

Liam and Dash on their own without their sisters home to entertain them. They actually did awesome! Turns out their older sister tend to push buttons and cause some problems. Without her they played happily most of the day! Also, these MagnaTiles are wonderful and have provided hours of fun! This is what I posted on Facebook that day "Today I am so grateful for twins, they played so well together all afternoon! And for MagnaTiles- they entertained them for quite a while!"

Dash especially loves them and builds quite elaborate structures.
This is what happens when I try to take a picture of them! Silly boys!

12 Years!!!

Happy 12th Anniversary to us! This year we spent the weekend in dowtown Salt Lake, relaxing at the hotel, shopping and eating lots of yummy food.
Even our food was romantic! It just happened to be in the shape of a heart.

 I still love this guy!
I can't believe we are so grown up.
Thanks Dana and Jen for taking our extra 4 kids, we really enjoyed our time away and the kids had lots of fun with their cousins.
