Gabrie started playing soccer for the first time this past week! We went to get her some good shoes for running (I figured she doesn't need cleats yet) and of course she chose the princess ones that light up! And I had picked some black athletic shorts for her which she was fine with until she saw that there were pink ones, which we had to get of course! Here she is before practice.

Game Day! We were all excited for her first game! She chose jersey #5!

I think the yellow team has it!
Over all she did pretty good for her first game. She got a little tired at first and didn't want to play much the first half but then she stayed in the entire second half. She touched the ball a few times but wasn't about to jump in the mass of kids to fight for the ball, if it came by her she went for it!

Oh great shots of Gabrie and her soccer game! I bet it was so fun watching her in action. She's such a great little poser in her pictures.
