July 3rd and Talley Family Vacation

On July 3rd we went to the Riverton Parade and then had fireworks at Grandpa and Grandma Talley's house. We went to Grandpa and Grandma Williams on the 4th but I guess I didn't get pictures.

We officially started the 2015 Talley Family Vacation with a day at Lagoon!

Then we stayed the next few days in a couple condos together. 

The girls enjoyed the hot tub.

Grandma and Grandpa rented a couple big blow up slides and everyone had fun playing on them. The big boys (Corbin, Spencer, Justus and Luke) especially liked racing on it! I think Luke officially had the fastest score (and then spent 15 minutes afterwards recovering from the exertion).

All the adults went bowling and did laser tag, then went to lunch and movie.

 

 That night the kids put on a fun play they had put together.

More Summer Fun

Grandpa Williams made Gabrie's dream come true and took her and Elizabeth horse back riding. Gabrie came home with swollen eyes and sneezing (guess she is allergic to horses) but she loved it!

While Luke was having play time at Space Camp we tried to stay busy.

Livvy made a "5 Senses Table", got a bunch of different things and had us use our 5 senses to figure out what they were. She is so creative!

We watched a fun 3D movie.

Livvy had a grand idea one day to have an impromptu party! She made invitations and everything. I told her that probably most of her friends wouldn't be able to come on such short notice but I was surprised when they all could! So we drove house to house inviting and picking them all up and brought them for the party. It was fun to be able to indulge her since we can't always implement all of here creative ideas.

It wouldn't be summer without roasting marshmallows at Grandpa Williams.

Summertime!

Summer started with the Herriman Days Parade! 

Most of our kids don't like the loud sirens at the beginning.

In June we sold our Eagle Mountain rental house!! We were very excited to not be landlords anymore! So to celebrate after closing we got ice cream and went to Bridal Veil Falls. The kids love to climb up the waterfall and play in the water.

Gabrie hiked even higher but it was hard to get a good picture.

Olivia went to her graduation ceremony from UpStart an online preschool program she had done. She learned a lot from doing it and it helped her start ahead in kindergarten.

Gabriella went to her first Activity Day's day camp and I got to come with, it was lot of fun to watch her and the other girls from our ward.

Dash loves hats and "making boxes". Luke got these MagnaTiles for his birthday because he knew the kids would love them and they do!

Alden was called to serve in the Lyon, France Mission, we got to go to his farewell and tell him we love him and are proud of him.

The Days of '47 floats were on display and we went to see them, the BYU was the girls favorite! We are a little biased (:

Ears Pierced

In March, not longer after Gabrie had her ears pierced Livvy decided she was ready too! She was really brave and didn't cry at all!
