9 Year Anniversary

In August, Luke and I celebrate our 9th Wedding Anniversary! Grandma Talley watched all 4 kids and we went to dinner at P.F. Changs and then to see a movie. It was lots of fun and a much needed break (:

Marrying Luke was the best decision I have ever made! We are so blessed to have each other and each of our kids! It is crazy to think that we started out just us, 2 teenagers with nothing to think about but ourselves and now we are a family and have created this wonderful life that we are so lucky to have!

In the very same week Miriam and Jeni's families both got new jobs and moved to Utah! For the first time in over 20 years all of my brothers and sisters live in the same state! The girls are loving getting to see their cousins more.

Talley Family Vacation 2013: Park City

This year for our Talley family vacation we spent the first day at Seven Peaks water park. Of course it rain for a little bit and got pretty windy but we all still had fun, well Livvy spent a good portion feeling grumpy and sitting with Grandpa.

 Then the Dad's (and Stef) and kids camped in Grandma and Grandpa's backyard, the babies and I went home to sleep. The next day we all went up to Park City. Like it seems to do every year, it was cold and rainy a good portion of the time but we still had fun doing the Alpine Slide, Coaster and Zipline. We stayed in some really nice condos and had lots of fun playing games and hanging out which is always the best part! Unfortunately I didn't take many pictures ):

Lemonade Stand and Spilled Cereal

All summer Gabrie and Livvy have been asking to have a lemonade stand so we finally did it. They sold lemonade for 15 cents and brownies for 25 cents. I think they made like $6 (:

Some how, some cereal (a lot of cereal) spilled on the floor, Liam and Dash were in heaven! They were grabbing and eating it as fast as they could! It was Marshmallow Mateys (: By the time I cleaned it up they had it all over them, stuck to their clothes, faces, hands and legs!

About a month ago, end of July/beginning of August, Dash pulled himself to a standing position for the first time! Luckily I was able to get some good pictures.

Liam seemed excited for him too!

 

Then about 2 or 3 weeks later Liam did it! I didn't grab the camera fast enough so this is on his way back down (: (This picture is a little out of order but I wanted to have them together)

At the end of July Gabriella started First Grade! She was so excited and we were excited for her!

It has been a little bit of a hard transition, getting up early and staying all day, but she still loves school and is learning so much!

We had about a week after Luke finished teaching his summer course before Gabrie started school so we tried to make the most of it!

First Sleepover and Learning to Ride a Bike

The girls invited their cousins Ashlyn and Samantha for a sleepover, their very first official one! They played, watched a movie and had lots of fun!

 Luke taught Gabrie how to ride her bike without training wheels! She is getting really confident and goes maybe a little too fast for me (:

Aunt June (My Great Aunt, the kids' Great-Great Aunt) playing with Dash when she was here for a visit. It is kinda blurry but we didn't get any others so I wanted to make sure we had one of her, she is so fun and we love when she comes to visit!
